Especially if you know what you are looking for. Say you want a Rolex, Tag Heur, Omega or Breitling - famous names at famous prices. I recently decided to buy a friend of mine a nice designer watch - not a Rolex or Tag Heur, especially at their prices !! I wanted an unusual attractive watch with a designer label. Let me tell you though during my quest I found a site selling Rolex watches for $110 !, they called them 'Replicas', I think the lawyers at Rolex would call them cheap fakes. The thought that crossed my mind was had I been really generous and purchased a genuine Rolex, how many people ... including my friend would suspect it was a fake? probably all of them!
